Protection Tools for Responsible Gaming
786ab provides a number of effective tools to help you stay in control of your gaming habits.
Deposit Limits
You can set how much you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a waiting period applies before it can be increased.
Session Time Limits
Set a limit on how long you play in one sitting. The session time limit feature automatically reminds you to take a break after a set period, helping you build healthy gaming habits.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is affecting your life, use the self-exclusion option. You can close your account for a set period or permanently.
Time-Out Feature
Use the time-out feature for a temporary break. You can take a break from 24 hours up to six weeks. During this period no transactions can be made on your account.
Activity Review
You can view your gaming history, deposits, withdrawals, and bet details at any time. Analyse your own habits and make informed decisions — this is the first step toward responsible gaming.

786ab's live chat and email support are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are concerned about a gaming issue, speak to us in Bengali.

Golden Rules for Responsible Gaming
786ab believes gaming should be a part of entertainment, not the centre of your life. Keeping the following rules in mind will ensure gaming always remains enjoyable.
Treat each bet as an entertainment expense — an amount you can afford to lose without it affecting your household. Enjoy the excitement of the game without expecting to win.
🎯 Set a Budget
Decide in advance how much you will spend on gaming each month and do not exceed that limit.
⏰ Set a Time Limit
Decide how long you will play before each session and take a break when that time is up.
😌 Stop After a Loss
Do not place more bets to try to recover a loss — this leads to even bigger problems.
🌟 Keep Balance
Give more importance to family, friends, your career, and other hobbies than to gaming.
